How our business model works.
ShieldMee hires pre-licensed clinicians and pays them a real salary — roughly double what the industry offers. They receive structured supervision built on Clinical Language Profiling, a method we developed to track how clients change through the way they speak, not just what they report.
The clinical work pays for the training. The training produces stronger clinicians. Stronger clinicians produce better results. Better results bring in more clients. The model funds itself because the mission pays for the mission.
